PROCESS TO RETURN/EXCHANGE ONLINE ORDERS

1. Package your return items(s) into your shipping box. If you have your original box, make sure to fully cover the label and all details from the original shipment. If you do not have the original shipping packaging, return items in an appropriate sized standard shipping box.
5. Drop your package off at a local UPS staffed location and obtain a receipt with a copy of the tracking number.
6. To Exchange for a different item or size, please return your original merchandise as per the above instructions and place a new order at your convenience. You will receive a refund for the returned merchandise once the item(s) has been received by our processing facility.
7. Direct Exchanges are subject to availability but can be requested by contacting an online sales associate at 1-777-777-7777

REFUNDS

A refund will be issued within 3-7 business days from the date your return package arrives at our shipping facility. You will be notified via email once the credit has been processed. Please be aware that it may take additional business days for the credit to post to your account depending on your financial institution.

SPECIAL OCCASION CLOTHING:

Bridal & Formal Wear items are considered ”special occasion” clothing and can only be returned unworn and with security ribbons intact. [Special occasion clothing is distinctly marked with “special occasion” tags and security ribbons.]. If you receive your purchase and are not satisfied, please contact us immediately. We value your patronage and sincerely strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, we are not happy.

Paradigm III will accept merchandise as long as it is in its original condition for refund/exchange when the order is postmarked for return within 14-days from the actual date of delivery. Returned merchandise must be accompanied by the order Invoice, all original attached tags, and unbroken/intact security ribbons. Returns received in original purchase condition and within 14 days of delivery will be exchanged/refunded by issuing credit to customer’s original credit card or gift card within 3-7 business days of our receipt of item.

NON SPECIAL OCCASION CLOTHING:

If you are not satisfied, we are not happy. If your items arrive and you are not 100% satisfied, contact us immediately. Please check merchandise thoroughly upon delivery before removing any tags and/or disposing of any original packaging so that we can quickly and easily process your return or replacement. All online orders that were received as a “gift” can be returned to our shipping facility in accordance with our online return policy. The returned merchandise must be credited in the original form of payment. If you wish to make purchases as a gift, please purchase a gift card in which returns/exchanges can be handled directly by the recipient.
